How much ice cream do I need for 150 wedding guests?
Plan 173–180 servings (your guest count plus 15–20% for seconds). A 12 Qt tub serves about 75 adults and a 6 Qt tub about 37, so two 12 Qt tubs plus one 6 Qt tub (about 187 servings) covers it.

Yes, anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach. Choose a table-top station or a pop-up booth, with self-serve tubs or an on-site scooper.
